Plans
Premium costs $59.99 a year – the cheapest plan of the big camera brands. The free app keeps photos for 3 days, Premium for 10 days (Digital Camera World). Whether AI species ID needs Premium is unclear: FeatherSnap's app page lists it as free, its product page and reviewers list it as a Premium feature. Budget for Premium to be safe.

What owners say
Every camera feeder lives or dies by its app – that is where the clips, the bird ID and the notifications are. Store ratings are the largest pool of owner opinions available, so here they are side by side.
